IMI CPD For Managers
Our first workshop in our 2016 series of CPD Workshops for Managers kicks of on Thursday March 10th, with a session on Value Proposition Design led by Jeremy Hayes of University College Cork.
The value proposition design workshop will introduce a number of innovation techniques around the value proposition design canvas – a tool that is used to find product market fit between your products/services and your customer needs. The value proposition design canvas takes a ‘jobs-to-be-done’ focus and concentrates on relieving customer pain-points and creating potential ‘wins’ for them.
Good value proposition design is a crucial aspect of the business model innovation process.
The workshop will be highly interactive and will include exercises for the participants using the canvas itself, ‘ad-libs’ cards to help you generate compelling value propositions, and the test and learning cards that will help you get useful feedback from your customers (or potential customers).
