Our third workshop in our 2016 series of CPD Workshops for Managers kicks of on Thursday October 27th, with a session on Customer Experience- The New Battleground for Business led by Harry Largey, IMI Associate Faculty.
Harry argues that customer experience is your brand. And to protect it, organisations must adopt a proactive, outside-in orientation across the entire customer journey and become a ‘low-effort’ organisation to deal with. Join this session to understand some key steps you can take to bring the customer into the centre of your business strategy.
