CPD2: Leading in a High Performance Culture – June 18th 2014

The second in our series of CPD Workshops for Managers is on Wednesday June 18th, 2014 with a session on Leading in a High Performance Culture led by IMI’s Alistair Tosh.
The modern organisation exists under extreme pressure to produce results.  The old adage that ‘culture eats strategy for breakfast’ has never been truer.  This CPD workshop will analyse the key elements of high performing cultures and will create strategies for achieving success.
The session will cover:

  • Harnessing talent and aligning for success and succession planning
  • Setting the bar for performance and creating a winning team culture
  • Strategies for leading change and enhancing shared cultures

 
Every attendee should leave being able to benchmark their team or organisation against the key elements of a high performing culture and will have devised practical goals to individually influence this.
