CPD3: Employee Engagement – October 22nd 2014

Booking for this post has now closed.

The third in our series of CPD Workshops for Managers is on Wednesday October 22nd, 2014 with a session on Employee Engagement led by Fergus Barry.
Employee engagement is an essential strategic imperative for all organisations. However, global research tells us that only 13% of employees are actively engaged in their work. Such a low level of engagement is a real threat to organisational success but represents a significant competitive opportunity for organisations that can get it right.
This session will cover:

  • Engagement as a competitive advantage
  • Key principles of employee engagement
  • How to activate engagement levels within an organisation

Every attendee should leave with a solid understanding of the link between engagement and performance and the tools available to improve it in their organisation.
