We believe there is much to learn from the field of Positive Psychology and many of our programmes explore key principles from this area to inform approaches to leadership, coaching and, more generally, achieving the kinds of behaviours we need in our organisations. As managers and leaders, our personal level of positivity is a key driver in developing the high energy, motivated teams we need to be successful – and of course a key factor in our personal success. In this highly interactive session, Brendan will take us through a set of tried and tested techniques, rooted in the positive psychology movement, and designed to develop and deploy the power of positivity.
