IMI are holding a free breakfast briefing onDesign Thinking for People Development on Thursday 26 June.
This session will cover principles of design thinking and look at how these can be applied to develop innovative programmes that meet current organisational learning and development challenges.
This will also be an opportunity to learn more about IMI’s Short Programmes portfolio of sharp and practical interventions.
