This 2019 Talent Forum series is examining The Future-Fit Organisation; what it looks like and how leaders and senior HR professionals can prepare for, and drive, that future themselves.
Taking place in Dublin, the second Talent Forum of the year will explore the practical ways in which future-fit organisations are being created. The future of work is now and it’s imperative that leaders are attuned to the implications for them and their organisations. Understand how leaders are addressing the dual challenge of developing not only a future-fit business model and strategy but also a future-fit and agile organisation that can embrace and sustain further change and disruption into the future. Themes such as leadership mindset, the workforce of the future, strategic workforce and talent planning as well the challenge of achieving optimum organisational agility will be discussed and debated.
