This session will look at the imperative for HR to reinvent itself when a company makes the choice to become a purpose-led company and the need to reposition the HR Function as a major player within a company.
This session will engage participants in a mini-design thinking exercise about how to transform HR in your own organisations and you will leave with a clear idea on how to create a purpose-led culture and the beginnings of a story others will want to hear.
